Both front electric windows on my 2002 B2500 Ram Van just stopped working. Electric shop says fuse is good. Cannot find a relay, under the hood in the black box, that specifies power windows.
Suggestions?

There are no relays. I'm sure one of the switches went bad.

 

Well, thanks to forum users, I found the problem. A kink or short in the wiring leading from the master switch toward the windows. I'd read twice about this problem, so I checked it out. There it is. I suggest that right after you check the fuse, they should investigate this potential problem.
