RAm 250B Van Power Steering belt adjustment?

Hi Guys - I was hoping someone might be able to tell me how to adjust the tension on my power steering belt.

Its an 1984 5.9 ltr Dayvan

Here's a pic of the power steering pump/bracket it it helps!?

The square hole in the center of the picture on your power steerting pump bracket is what you apply pressure with using either a 3/8 or 1/2 inche breaker bar and then tighten the bolts.
