Default 2 relays?

OK I am still having relay problems..bought a new one..it will work (awhile) then dies.its a generic though so maybe weak. I looked at autozone and they have 2 relays listed for my year of van. One is the fuel pump relay,,which I assume is the asd relay and another called Decelerate fuel cutt-off relay which for some reason in the pic looks more like the asd one?? If there are 2..where is the other..and is it maybe the culprit also?

1988 B-250, 5.2 TBI

Thanks blackvan,,The lower one? It must be working then..because I was getting good fuel pressure all along. When I did the key dance..(the throttle solenoid..I guess thats what it is called..the one that pulls the rod back and opens the choke I guess,,when you first turn the key on..and closes when you shut the engine off) Well when I was doing that I heard a clicking sound at the firewall,.,and the throttle rod released..so after I tapped on those 2 relays..then it started up and ran fine. So then is it the upper (a/c relay) causing the problem?

The one that runs the fuel pump is to the right and down from the brake booster..I jumped over it..and thats how I discovered the fuel pump was shot..the pump just ran but no fuel..so its like before I had fire and no fuel because it would fire with starting fluid..now I got fuel and the fire is messing up..lol.. geez
