Default Power window regualtor replacement

I am looking for some confirmation before I start ordering parts for my van. My van is a 99 Ram Regency conversion with what I believe are factory power windows. About 2 weeks ago, the driver side window started acting up and not wanting to roll back up after being rolled down. It will roll up and down most of the time but makes creaking, crunching sounds and tends to get stuck about halfway.

Is replacing the regulator a simple bolt on deal? Is there a how-to for it? If not I can probably make one when I change mine. Any tips or suggestions are appreciated. I live on a military base and it's a PITA to not be able to roll the window down for the guards at the gate. Thanks!

Here is a video of the window in action and the sounds it makes.

These regulators are one of the easiest I have ever replaced. First brace the window from falling and then undo the 2 bolts holding it to the regulator. Next take that big plate off the door shown in the video and the regulator comes out with it.

Wow, that sounds like it shouldn't be a problem. Thanks for the quick response!

I replaced the regulator yesterday and everything works great again. It really was as easy as you said. Thanks!

Where did you get your parts?
Dealer OEM, junkyard, online?

Thanks.
