Default Funny Idle

Good afternoon,
JUst bought a 99 Van 5.2 V8. And it will do a high then low idle here and there.... It dont do it all the time but it does do it. It dont idle real high but you can tell when it does it. It has never died out. The van has 95,000 miles on it. What do you think it could be? Anyone else have this problem?

Just got done doing this... Seems to have worked... It was really bad, I had to take a screw drivers to get most of it off... But idle seems to be good now.
Thanks again

If it was that bad, chances are oven cleaner would need to be used.
