You have a MAP Sensor not a MAF sensor. These do not require any cleaning other than make sure the vacuum port to the sensor does not have carbon on it.

Remove doghouse cover.
Remove air filter housing.
Disconnect the connector at the front of the throttle body (Sensor that is towards the radiator of the throttle body.
Remove 2 screws, don't remember which heads but I believe they are torqs screws.
Pull the sensor off of the throttle body. There should be a small length of vacuum line attached to it, if not then be sure to find and/or replace it.
Reinstall in reverse order.

Be very carefull about making sure the port is open for there are critical componets inside the MAP sensor.

Also look over the vacuum lines and replace any that don't look good, such as having soft areas, cracks, splits.
