Default 1996 B3500 - Funny sound when hitting bumps

Hey

I get this funny sound when the front end hits a bump. Doesn't matter if it's a low or high bump, once the front end goes up and comes back down it produces a funny sound like. Rusty metal rubbing. It's not a squeaky sound. It's coming from the front end. It's kind of hard to describe. The ABS light is on, so I'm not sure if this contributing to the sound im hearing?
Anyone know what this could be?

Thanks for any help.

I'm not really that mechanically inclined to do that. I don't think it's the battery or the spare since it is in the van in the back under the seat. The sound is much louder than your typical squeaks but rather much of a deeper louder squeek. It's coming from the front end when the van encounters bumps. Would bad shocks cause this? It sounds like something that needs lubricated.

Also the idler arms especially the passenger side can make that noise. Chased out two of these on this series of van, one of them being my own. Seems the passenger side idler arm takes more abuse than the drivers side, at least that is my observation.
