2700 miles round trip
The van was pretty good!
I went from TPA to JAX to DCA to ELM to BUF, to PIT to CLT and then back to TPA.
Took my two daughters and wife. I love having a conversion van for trips like this!
So, I did experience an issue. Misfires...
I got 0300, 0302, 0303, 0304, 0305 and 0306 during the trip. I had my pocket scanner with me, so I would just turn them off when they popped up. Mostly, it was 4 of the codes above at the same time. I think I fried my plug wires - does any one concur?
I did get better gas mileage in the north and the south. It seems to me to hot humid air kills my gas mileage. I got 14-15 in NY/PA and 12-13 in the south.
Some of the hills I went up in PA the V6 van would only go 45 winding out at 5000 RPM LOL. It felt like I was driving a rig.
The van is running just a little rough now. It is acting like a bad plug or wire...I think that is what I have.
The wires are 18 months old. I think they are cooked...
Overall, it was a great trip!
