Both windshield wipers are not working. The fuse looks good.
2001 / 1500 series
Don't know how to diagnose so all suggestions are appreciated.

I had the same problem on my 1998 3500 van. Found it was a bad ground to the wiper motor. Simple test, take a wire, and hold one end on the wiper motor, and hold the other end to metal on the body. Turn on wipers, if it works, you have a bad ground. I just loosened the bolts on the wiper motor and retightened, and they have worked ever since.
