You'd be surprised how common this is, esp if you live rural. I have similar discussions regarding rodent damaged wiring about 5 times a year! Glad its running. I'd suggest disconnecting the neg battery cable for 15 minutes and resetting the computer. When the sensors have been giving the PCM bad info, it can run very strangely. A PCM reset could be helpful.

 

I had it unplugged the whole time I was splicing wires back together. Hopefully it stays off today. If not I will continue this thread.lol Thanks
