Default 2000 ram van wont start

I went to start my van yesterday morning and the engine light came on but would not turn over, I thuoght I might not have closed the drivers door tight the night before and ran the bat. down. I put the charger on it for about 10 mins. and it fired right up. I left it on charge for about 1 hour to give it a good charge when I went to start it again it acted like it was almost going to fire when I first turned the key but after that it just turns over. I pulled a plug it has good bright spark, I tried starter fluid, and cleaned the IAC. No diffrence. I went out this morning and tried again, the same thing when I first turn the key it acts like it's going to fire than just turns over. I don't have a scanner but tried pulling codes by doing the on off on off ignition key thing but got no readings. Any suggestions what to try next?

Remove the fuel tank filer cap. Put your ear next to the filler neck. Be quiet, have someone turn the key to the run position(the last one before you actually start). You should hear a low humming sound, that is the fuel pump priming the system. If you don't hear that sound, check the fuel pump connectors under/near the tank for voltage. If voltage is present but no noise,,,time for a trip to the autoparts for a new pump. Post back and let us know. Good luck.

I can here the fuel pump, and checked fuel pressue it's 43 psi.
I replaced crank sensor, and cap and rotor. Im thinking it might be cam sensor or maybe computer. I looked around and don't see anything that could be a ASD don't know if my van has one. Still same issue I went out first thing this morning turn it over for a spit second it sounds like it wants to fire than just cranks turn key off and try stating again just cranks without any indication it wants to start.
