Hi there...I have a 2002 dodge ram van 1500 3.9L V6. My van failed a smog test. The emission's were fine and passed but the 3 incomplete's were O2 sensor not complete, Catalyst not complete, and Evap. not complete. The smog guy said I had to fix 2 of those incomplete's before he will pass it. I'm also now getting a low speed acceleration lag/loss on the van too. There is NO check engine light on. My questions; are my O2 sensors bad? Is my catalytic converter plugged or bad? How can I clear the Evap. incomplete?

 

You recently disconnected the battery and that wipes out the readiness test results for those items. All you have to do is drive it for a couple of days and those readiness tests will complete.
