1996 5.2 Mag OBD2 fuel question
I have both a Kiwi and an ELM327 OBD2 interface w/ TouchScan for Android. I expected to be able to monitor current and average fuel flow (calculated as MPG on the monitors).
The Kiwi is displaying what I'll call noise level values, so that after a 20 minute trip registers that I'm getting 60-70 MPG! Of course the fuel gauge tells me different (so does my wallet).
Question one: Should I expect a 1996 OBD2 to have a fuel flow PID?
Question two: If yes, can you lead me towards the sensor?

Sorry man, but:
1. I have a 2000 so I only have the factory manuals that apply to a 2000 - 2003. Significant changes were made in 1999.
2. I don't even own an ODBII scanner. I am an old school mechanic and so far I have never needed to pull codes to understand whats going on with my vehicle. At some point when I hit something I can't figure out, then I'll invest in one.
