Horn was stuck on and burned out the horn. There is constant power to the horn through the relay. As soon as you put the fuse in it clicks on and power the horn. I was wondering if someone could post the pages related to the clockspring in the repair manual. i want to jump the wiring and add an external switch to existing wiring. thanks in advance.
