my van sat for 3 days it rained and it was hot it wont start I thought I had moisture in my cap and rotor got a new cap and rotor still will not fire and have fuel pressure and a good charge on the battery. Any ideas????

Coil good.... No codes how do I test cps with multimeter which wires do I touch and do I have to crank ignition to get volts?
