92 B350 grill is UGLY! So are the handles:(
New here- I have a wonderful 1992 B350 Van Conversion- fully self contained. Runs excellent- everything works awesome! HOWEVER... the front is so ugly and dated! The grill and lights are ugly. And the handles on all the doors- those old push button chrome handles-ugly.
My questions: Can I swap out the push button type handles for newer looking pull up types? (slight arthritis; my thumbs can't push that dern thing!)
And...Can I get a newer looking grill that'll fit w/o too much modification necessary?

... But I've got an Ex Marine jet mechanic knows it all, fixes it all, mods it all Cyborg at my disposal. But he never has the patience to research this stuff like I do.

Up through 2003 Dodge used only the push button door handles. You would have to completly do a custom rework to make the lift handles work. Have you tried to lubericate the door latches? Mine are not hard to push.
