Default Need help with Lowering B150 van

I bought a 1986 Dodge B150 van that had previously been raised. Im trying to lower it back to its original condition. I successfully cut the spring coils at the front, then moved to the back, removed the blocks that had been put in, but it hasnt lowered the back much at all, about 2 inches!

I have no idea how the vans were raised initially, so I thought Id better ask before I go chopping it up

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Becky

Just to add, Im presuming the leaf springs will sit under the Axle? Theyre above at the moment, but for the life of me I cant see how they will bolt back on, as the bracket for the centre pin will be above the Axle!

Do I need to buy another bracket so I can put the leaf Springs underneath the Axle?

The rear axle leafs may be from the HD truck, thus they rear is still taller. Flipping the axle over the top of the leafs is a no-no.
