Pulled codes:
P0351 (Ign coil A Primary Secondary Ckt)
P0300 (Random Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected)
P0301 (Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected)
P0303 (Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected)
P0305 (Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected)

Replaced plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor, Ignition coil, Checked compression OK, Fuel Pressure OK, Fuel Injectors OK, Checked for spark (seems fine).Tested for blown head gasket using starter fluid but to no avail. Vehicle will also shut off randomly with no waning signs (except for once or twice when it stuttered and died). Only thing I can think of is possible PCM but not sure how to test the PCM. Also Cyl 1 3 5 are all on one side of the motor so what would cause misfire on only driver side?

When I had misfires, and they were all on one side, I had to break down and replace the heads. I had burnt valve and probably crack too.
The replacement heads today are totally redesigned to alleviate these issues.

What is funny is that 0351 I got right before my PCM went bad...

This might help:

There is a Technical Service Bulletin on the correction of multiple misfires on the Dodge engines from '94 to '99. The misfires usually occur on one side of the engine. The Ram Van is not mentioned in the TSB but the years and engines match.

Here is the V-8 TSB:

Here is the V-6 TSB:

Also, another comment...

I go through a set of wires every 12 months. Here in 'Paradise' it can be rather warm, which equates to under hood temps of 200-300 degrees...those temps will fry wires quickly...

Get a set of: ACCEL Wire Set 9060C ceramics, they'll last the life of the vehicle.
