Default Brakes

I have a 1993 B250 that the passenger front side brake isnt disengaging properly. Does anyone have a reason why it might be doing that? Any and all help would appreciated.

Rubber brake lines are probably shot internally. Replace both front brake lines, and while you're at it, change out the brake fluid.
