Default 2001 trans question

hi all, need a few answers for my problem. 2001 dodge 2500 van with a jasper trans which shifts and sounds great still and had fluid changed and bands adjusted a year ago has just started to have a problem. When i first start to drive it and go slow everything shifts fine but after 10 mins or so , say from a red light the van shifts into 2nd and then has a hard time shifting into third unless i go real slow and then it catches shifts into other gears and downshifts no problem when slowing down. By the way replaced pcm 6 months ago and problem just started a week ago. Any ideas? Thanks

"has trouble shifting into other gears": do mean its shifts abruptly, tires chirp? or never shifts at all? Big difference. I might be able to help if you are experiencing late hard shifts otherwise I think you are looking at a total rebuild. Might have to take advantage of that expensive Jaspar warranty in that case.

So just to clarify, your $3000 Jaspar rebuilt transmission was installed with a transducer and governor pressure sensor which failed within what time frame?

Sounds about right. The solenoid and transducer in my 46RE failed at around 116k.

Thank you for taking the time to update us as this information is extremely helpful.
