You need a new catalytic converter. It should include new fittings for the O2 sensor. They sell them as a bolt on kit, you will not need to remove the motor mount (I didn't need to) . Or you can take it to a muffler shop and pay roughly the same but they will typically install a low flow universal cat with a 6 -12month warranty. Up to you.

I am going to make a quick You Tube segment to show the maneuver but as with most You Tube people I have no idea what I'm doing... The manifold is already disconnected so I figure I'll show the tools I used to do that and then explain how to squeeze the manifold out since that is the only hard part. Can anybody that's done this before chime in? I'm pretty sure I need to undo the left motor mount but not sure if it has to come out completely.
Cheers, Steve

I finally got back to working on the van tonight.

Things went OK, I was almost dismayed to see that the O2 sensor port was salvageable as it was a couple hours work to get it all apart. All I had to do was reinstall the old O2 sensor a few times to fix up the threads. Looking in the video it almost looks like it is possible to get the left manifold off if the heat shield is removed first but I'm not sure if that's the case...I didn't actually try that.

I did not want to order the parts until I knew if I need a manifold so there is no assembly video. I may make another video to follow up the dis-assembly but who knows, I'm not keen to edit a video and I'm not even that interested in setting up a tripod.

Cheers, Steve

Fortunately I don't have to mess around with my manifold but thanks SteveR for taking the time to put together a video and post it.
