Default Tensioner Pulley

OK, what is the trick to moving the tensioner pulley on my 98 3.9l Ram Van? I need to replace the serpentine belt. Most I've done have a 3/8 drive hole to twist with a ratchet but can't see mine well enough to tell. Thought I'd ask before spending hours trying to get a ratchet up there just to find out there is another way.

If I remember correctly I just used a 17mm wrench, had to eat my spinach but was doable, it's a hex head on mine.
From above pull it toward the drivers side enough to slip the belt off, (if at 12 o'clock pull to about 2 o'clock)
Seems to me you should be able to see it in day light from the topside, left side of the shroud and down below n to the left of the alternator ...
