Default Wiring issues(wipers & blower fan) Dodge 2002 Ram Van 3500

I've had blower motor issues for awhile. I replaced the resistor awhile back and it worked for awhile but then it just quit working all together. I didn't need it for the summer really so I didn't mess around with it but then my wipers started acting funny once the rain started up again. They would only work on the highest setting, but every now and then they would work completely.

So I found the connections for the wipers and just tried some contact cleaner, and I also did the same for the blower resistor connections. Boom, everything started working great. I got all the speeds for the blower fan and the wipers. But of course, a few days later it all crapped out on me again. It seems that if I just move the harnesses around enough things will pop back on so I'm assuming there are just bad connections at points but I don't really know the best way to go about cleaning stuff up. Here are some pictures I took:

Blower Resistor Connection front(looks pretty good)

Blower Resistor Connection back(looks a little less good)

Blower Fan Connection(can't really tell anything about this)

Wipers Connection Front(kind of greasy in there)

Wipers Connection Back(looks bad)

So yeah, any advice on the best way to cleaning this stuff up or if anyone has had similar issues and what you did about it would be really helpful. Thanks!

In the 2nd photo the green wire looks bulged. If the wiring is full of corrosion I would cut it back get new connectors. I think the connectors are more readily available than they used to be.
