2000 1500 van error codes P0443, P0753, P1765

2000 1500 van error codes P0443, P0753, P1765
Hey all, first post on the forum here, but sure it won't be my last. I recently bought a 2000 Ram 1500 conversion van. Having some issues and was wondering what suggestions people have. Here is a description of what is happening, what error codes I'm seeing, and my amateur planned course of action (completely open to suggestions)
About me: I am by no means a mechanic, however, I am intelligent and have worked on my own vehicles in the past. Mostly installing aftermarket parts like carbs and exhaust, doing smaller things like oil changes, installing stereos, fixing headlights, etc. This will be a bit more in depth for me, but I love learning and doing things myself.
Symptoms: The van starts and runs very well in neutral. Occasionally I will have to give it a little gas as it warms up, but often times thats not necessary. I live in a warm place (Hawaii) so temp is pretty constant all year. Sometimes it drives and doesn't stall, but most times, it will stall when in gear at low speeds. When it stalls, I can usually start it up one more time, but if it stalls again, I'll have to wait about 30 min to get it to turn over again. I have resorted to keeping in neutral when at lights, and shifting into 1st or second gear when getting going as it seems to stall less in those gears. Obviously thats not ideal and I don't really drive it anymore. The radiator or radiator hose also blew today (not sure if that will be part of this issue, but figured I would mention it). I pulled codes and got the following...
Codes (see pics):At least 2 of the codes (P0443, P0753) were covered in this forum under the durango. The net of what I took from those threads is that both potentially point to a bad PCM.
Proposed action: Based on my AMATEUR thinking on what Ive read, I was considering replacing my PCM with an aftermarket one for about $250. Now, thats a lot of money to spend if it doesn't fix the problem. If it saves me a trip to the mechanic or the hassle of trying to trace specific wires and check voltages and such, I'm happy to pay it.
any advice anyone can give me, most specifically on what those 3 codes might mean when you triangulate all 3, would be GREATLY appreciated. Mahalo to everyone in advance for your help !

As I recall my P0443 coode was a disconnected hose from a small plastic tank located under driver door jamb. Fixing/sealing the hose solved my problem.

P0443 Evap Purge Solenoid Circuit
P0753 Trans 3-4 Shift Solenoid/Trans Relay Circuits
P1765 Trans 12 Volt Supply Relay Control Circuit (42RE, 46RE, 47RE)
The PO443 is most likely a leak in the evap somewhere. Look at the vac line on the front of the throttle body first and work your back. Check the trans relay and fuse for the other two codes. If you recently bought it did you at least do a tune up on it(cap/rotor plugs wires)?

Sounds like if you change the trans relay and find the evap leak or bad canister switch, you will be good.
