Default 88 Dodge Ram Van AC/Vent/Defrost Problem

Hi everyone, new to the forum. I have an 88 Dodge Van and air isn't coming out the vents nor defrost. The blower motor is definitely working. I would like to start with checking and changing the vacuum lines that go the air unit. Does anyone know where these are located on this era of B Vans?

I am dreading doing this job since it's a cargo van with a cage and the seats won't go back far enough for the engine cowl to clear... going to have to remove the seat I think.. ugh...

Thanks in advance!

It's not bad to do, only 4 nuts per seat.

I'm not too worried about having to remove the seat honestly..

Anyone know about the location of the vacuum lines for the air unit?

Not sure about an 88 but for my 2000 the HVAC vacuum hose comes off the passenger side of the intake manifold and runs to the vacuum reservoir behind the passenger headlight. From the reservoir the vacuum hose runs through the firewall to the dash controls. Any break in those lines will keep the controls from working.
