Hey all, I'm brand new to the forum. Just bought (buying on Saturday) what I understand to be a 1979 Ram Van camper. Can you guys tell me exactly what model it is?

Seems like it's in pretty good shape, has either 50 000km on it or 150 000km. Not sure if the odometer has rolled over but it seems like it only has 50k on it.

 

Well, much of the interior decor and the cushion patterns all match the RV maker Coachmen for the Cadet series. It's not unusual for someone to take a van and transfer all that hardware over.

Now, Coachmen did make a Dodge Ram van in the early 90's. Looking at Google, there is a 1991 with the high top just like yours.

 

Very very nice, definitely a keeper.
