hey guys ! this is my first time seeking help in this forum. i have a 1997 service ram van 1500 . purchased vehicle with 60k miles only working on it so that i can get it going on a service bussines idea i have.. anyways
been looking for a rear steel bumper for a while found one on ebay ( cant find one on any salvage yards at all )


it is listed as B1500 van is the the same as ram 1500 van ?


also i think the catalyc converter its bad lack of power - heard the cats its under warranty if its less than 70k miles . should i take it to dealership or any other mufler shop ?
