my 94 b250 idled great but after a few minutes of running i could not give it any gas without it cutting out and habing to drive 15 mph. I checkeed or changed, plugs, wires, coil, cat, distributor cap, crankshaft sensor, speed sensor. It ended up being a bad fuel pump.

ya might have to wind up taking it to a certified volvo repair shop
