Brakes b3500
I HAVE REPLACED THE FRONT ROTORS(3) TIMES, CALIPERS, PADS ,BALL JOINTS, I/O TIE RODS, I CANT GET THE PASSENGER RIGHT FRONT FROM WARPING AFTER AROUND 500 MILES. REAR BRAKES,DRUMS REPLACE ADJUSTED.ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS KIND OF ISSUE. b3500 96 5.9 82000
It is a understatement you have a problem, you probably should replace the front brake lines at least the rubber part that go to the calipers. Also the proportion(? spelling) valve or a ABS component may need to be adjusted or replaced but the fact only the passenger side warps it is unlikely a adjustment is in order. If you live in the northern part of the country everything is probably rusted and replacing questionable parts is not such a bad idea considering we are talking about brakes.
A guess is your pads are lightly dragging on the rotor and the heat is causing it to warp that is just my $.02.

The interior of brake hoses can deteriorate and cause the calipers to lock and the rotors to warp.

Thanks for the information. I will see if new brake lines help. It has ABS on the rear and a 4000lb axle on the front. Like the van would like to keep it if I could just get these brakes fixed. These single puck calipers.......
