Default What are these hoses under my van

Have a 99 ram van 1500. There are hoses hang8ng under the vehicle. I assume theybare for the rear ac which doesnt work. How can I mount them so they are not so low? What do the mounts look like so I know what to look for?

Thank in advance

I would slit some spare heater hose and slip it over those hoses where you want to re-attach them to the van as it will protect them from chafing. After that I would attach them to a non-moving part of the undercarriage with some UV resistant zip ties (usually black). If you want to separate the AC lines from the heater lines you can cut 2" long pieces of heater hose (without slitting them) and put it sideways between the lines. Then wrap a zip tie around one hose, put both ends of the zip tie through the 2" piece, and zip around the 2nd hose.
I used to do this all the time on brand new transport trailers. The hanging air lines for the sliding rear axles would wear holes through themselves without doing this.
