My heat on blow thru the vents. When I switch it to defrost or to the floor it still blow thru the vent. Please Help. Thanks

I have same problem reversed no center Vents just heat or defrost vents. Only have two fan speeds 1 and 2,climate fan sounds like a clunky hamster weel.
