Bought used PCM on eBay for my 2001 DRVan a month ago and all is good. $208 with 60 day warrantee. I bought from a seller who has over 30,000 reviews at 99.9%. He had tons of PCMs for sale with pre-purchase instructions that besides exact match of year and model (1999 DRVan 1500 etc) the PCM part no. (on your PCM- 3 or 4 numbers followed by two letters but you only have to match the numbers not letters). He wants the vin no. of your vehicle along with mileage and your PCM part no. at time of purchase so he can program ("flash") the unit you are buying- a very important step. Good luck.
