I have 1997 b3500 not the extra heavy duty 3500. I am trying to replace pittman tie rod also the idler tie rod. The supposed adjuster between the two appears to be crimped and does not have clamps. I also have a year 2000 b3500 not the extra heavy duty and it also has a crimped no clamps adjuster between the 2. I also have a 1996 extra heavy duty b3500 and the adjuster between the idler and pittman has clamps. As expected the bolts are slightly larger than the other 2. I have tried to unscrew the tie rods with extreme leverage and it will not loosen. I have a delivery business and use the dodge vans. A solution would be very helpful. Thanks crj
