I remember figuring out that my 99 1500 mk 3 weighed just over 7,000 pounds empty of cargo in it's original trim... I second the "weight it at the dump" option if you really want to know. I'm not sure how much heavier the 2500 or any differences in the 95, etc...is... Look on the door sticker and subtract payload capacity from gvwr for a reasonable estimate.
