Angry 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Van 3.9 V-6

Having a major problem with the charging system. Replaced both Battery and alternator. Still doing the same thing, won't Charge at volts it should be. And then after driving for a few minutes m it will drop to nothing. Could the Computer be the cause?

Yes, the voltage regulator is built into the PCM.

have you carefully checked and cleaned all the associated connectors, grounds, etc...? Checked for shorts in the electrical system? I know it's obvious, but I've overlooked those things a couple of times in the past...

I would read the computer for codes. It should tell you if there is a problem with the alternator field.
