Default Hard starting help!!!!

Okay so I've had my 96 ram 2500 van for a little over a year now and it was in good condition, and still is except for hard starting. I have no idea how many miles are on it because the odometer does not work. I have changed the starter, the fuel pump, the catalytic converter and both 02 censors. I just changed the ignition coil. The spark plugs and wires are fairly new. There are random times when it starts right up no problem but most of the time I have to crank it for about ten minutes (sometimes less) until it finally starts. Even when the engine is warm and I turn it off and turn it right back on it won't start right up. Someone please help!!! I just put some seafoam in my gas tank as well so I'm hoping that will take care of any clogs it might have.

Check the fuel pressure, if it's low you have a weak fuel pump, if it's up to spec then the ECM is going bad.
