Hello everyone,
I am a new member to this forum. What a great help everyone seems to be on here. Great job! I am asking for help. I just recently purchased a 1999 Ram 1500 Conversion Van. There are a couple issues that I can't figure out and of course no one at the dealership I bought it from seems to know either.
1. The rear heat only works (intermittenly) if I have the front panel control set to defrost. If I change the setting, then the air in the back starts blowing cold.
2. I can't get the dome light to come on when I open the door. It works if I manually reach up and switch it on.
3. The van has two tv's in the back, a vcr, and a 6 disc CD changer. I can not get the disc changer to work and I can't hear any sound out of the rear radio, am I doing something wrong?
Any help from you great people would be highly appreciated.

 

Your best bet would be to contact the company that did the conversion as they know how its supposed to work. Their name should be on the van someplace.
