glad you're getting it back together... I second doing the timing chain while you've got it out... not a big expense, but worth it in the end. I've spent a lot of time in western, NC and especially in the area around Boone and north into TN. I'd lose patience with "underpowered" vehicles up that way and especially out west. If you decide you want a little more oomf later, you can always swap your 3.5 differential gears for 3.90 or even 4.10 gears... my van (heavy) was just "ok" with the 3.5 gears behind a 5.2 on near stock wheels / tires. It's better with the current 4.10 gears even on 33" tires... Hope you have it out and about playing soon... Cheers!
