Default 1993 Dodge RAM VAN B250 ECU - computer

Hello from Czech republic :-), I need buy ECU for 1993 DODGE RAM VAN B250 - 5.2-V8. I need ECU model 5602 9108 or compatible. It is a big problem to buy this part. E-shops in the USA has returned my money 5 times already, because the part is not in stock, even though it was in advertising. I need to know some equivalent, because 5602 9108 probably doesn't exist. Cardone 79-7848 (equivalent to RockAuto) also cannot be purchased. I don't have a defective part, it got lost during repairs. Can anyone advise what is the possible equivalent? The number 5602 starts with many types, but may it need 5602 8321? What do the codes 5602 8321 mean? Will it work for 5.2 - V8? Several e-shops have 8321 in stock. very thanks for ideas and help... (And sorry, my english is partly of google-translator)...

The part number 56029108 crosses over to 56027848 so try seeing if that one is in stock. Also, check eBay for a used one.

Thanks, it si possible, 56027848 is maybe 1:1 as Cardone 79-7848... This part is out of stock at many retailers, I didn't find anyone. Now i bought on Ebay 56028321, it is for 5.2-V8. I hope it works.

That number doesn't cross-reference to your computer. Maybe it'll work, maybe it won't time will tell. Often the basics are the same between different ECMs but it's the vehicle options and sensors that will vary.

Thanks, I understand, it's logical. But in the Czech Republic we do not have much experience and knowledge about these cars. Can you advise me where to get information on the detailed use of the ECU in the car? For example, that the 4878 is a 5.2 - V8 - cruise control - ABS - air conditioning - TV ... perhaps there must be a table according to which the mechanics in the service decide which spare part to use. WV service, Toyota, knows that. I don't know where to ask, Dodge can't do it with us - our market is too small, they're not interested.

I hope I write clearly, my English is only basic, i have only 10 lessons ;-/ ... but with my Dodge is it better a better... many problems from previous owner!!!

You would need to compare the ECU wiring diagrams pin by pin between your vehicle model and the one that ECU was supposed to go in. Tough job even if you can find both wiring diagrams.
