There is a rumor about being about to swap out the lower control arms of my van with a similar year D350 to gain a 2 - 3 inch lift. But from hours of searching, I have yet to find someone execute this on the van side of things. There are a couple documented examples of the D series truck being lowered using the B series LCA's but thats about it. Has anyone successfully done this with an 80's B series van? If so, what kit / method did you use to balance out the rear? Shackle swap? Blocks?
