I have a 1994 Dodge B350 van with 5.9L and 79,000 miles. It runs very strong and starts immediately even after sitting for days. Twice now when I started it the check engine light went on but when I turn it off and restart it goes away. I think this is because back in the 80s to 2000 I know they automatically came on so you would take it to a dealership and have the catalytic converter checked and they reset it. I decided to do the key dance and got 3955. Now there was 3 flashes and a pause and 9 flashes and pause, 5 flashes pause and 5 flashes ended. It has digital odometer and doesn't read DONE. There was a slight pause after the first 2 flashes of the 9 flashes but nowhere near as long as the pauses after 3, after 9 and after 5. Could it be 32755 IDK. I am going with 3955.
When I got it I took it to a Dodge dealer/service center and had them go over it just to make sure it was safe. It needed a new brake calibre, 2 brake lines and 4 bearings in the differential replaced. I also wanted them to run codes on the engine and transmission. They said a fuel injector code was all they got. They used a code reader they used on this era Dodge. They said the mechanic didn't notice anything when driving it and I didn't either. They added some service center super strength fuel injector and fuel system cleaner ($28 a bottle) and told me to drive it for a while. I am taking it back in a few weeks to have them check their work and make sure all is well.
What is code 3955? Is that a fuel injector code still?

I think you have two codes but there isn't a 39 code so you may want to try it again. The 55 is end of codes.
