Blower motor works but as soon as I start to move it stops blowing

Blower motor works but as soon as I start to move it stops blowing
92 Dodge b350 ram van. Blower motor works on hot and cold, and all speeds but as soon as I get moving, say 5-10 mph it sounds like a vacuum sweeper ball when it gets tipped over or lever shuts. the blower motor is still working but barely blows. When I come to a complete stop and shut the blower motor off the ball drops/lever opens. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is it blowing out the defrost vents? You may have a vacuum leak. On long grades under load, my truck will sometimes do that. The fan is working but little comes out the vents as it all goes to defrost setting.
