Default Correct Tyre Pressures

Hi all,

I have a bit of a quandry with my 1995 Dodge Ram Conversion Van. As it is an import (I am in Spain) I do not have the original US documentation of the vehicle, only the technical data sheet that has been made here upon importing. The technical data sheet states standard tyre sizes of 235/75/17 all round, but the van has actually been fitted with 15 inch rims and 255/60/15 on the front and 275/60/15 on the rear. I donīt have a clue where to look to find out what would be the recommended PSI tyre pressure even for standard rims so I am completely lost for these aftermark rims and tyres. Any suggestions as to where to look for this, or does anyone have some info that could help?

Thanks

Look on the tire, It will tell you the max amount of pressure to use.

My van with 15" rims lists tire psi as...
Front: 33 psi
Rear: 37 psi

I think your technical data sheet is off. All the US versions came with 15 inch wheels and tires and I doubt yours came with 17's. They weren't in vogue yet for trucks/vans and such. As mentioned above, look on the side of the tire.
