Hi

I have been having issues with no OD on my van. It looks like the VSS is likely the issue, I have no cruise control and it is throwing me a code 15 with the key dance. I had a shop take a look at it as before I got the code as I was having trouble diagnosing it. They are also pretty sure the sensor is the issue but they are unable to source a VSS. The shop gave me these details for the replacement part - afterparts manufactured by BWD - S8027

I cant seem to find the oem part number for it and im not sure if there are other aftermarket ones available.

Don't buy anything BWD(JUNK) Have a look on rockauto.

 

I have a 89 and a 92---both 318 and auto---the 92 has od and 89 does not--

 

Mine should have OD, it has the button on the dash for OD on/off. Unfortunately off is my only option currently 😆

 

89 was the first year for OD and it was an option so not everything would have it.
