Unhappy 1995 b1500 shorty bumper
Trying to bolt on an aftermarket bull gate bar, but in back of one of the holes intended for a front license plate, is some sort of plastic box. Does anyone know what this is or if it's necessary and how to remove it? 🤔🧐
