So as an update, the rear brakes seem to be adjusting normally now since adding the new drums, the ABS and Brake Light are on constantly now and don't shut off, i did the test to ground the number 13 pin of the OBD2 port and it generated a flash code of 9, which according to my service manual and the diagnostic procedure, it is probably the RWAL sensor located in the diff like HeyYou said.

As soon as im able to order a new sensor and replace it i will update with if that solved the problem.

 

Totally forgot to update this post, the RWAL sensor was definatly the problem, with the dash light. ive put several thousand miles on since replacing it and the drums and everything acts normally now.

 

Congrats on the fix. Alas, that was the first thing I tried on mine with no luck. Granted it's entirely possible that the aftermarket junk I threw on there is also bad.
