Default 1994 B350/crank - no start

Hey Dodge Dudes,
I have a 1994 B359, w/a 5.9 gas, 4spd auto, 250K mi. and some stupid questions;
I use this for Trade Shows, we got to one in Oct., last year - it was warm - went to move it, cranks - no start.
I removed the neg., cable - just for S&G, see if it "reset" something, a bit later, it lights up, works/runs fine the rest of that weekend.
When I get home - I run through the tests - all components test fine - the Crank Sensor had a cracked casing though, so I replaced that, along w/cap & rotor and plugs.
Then, in Dec., -super cold- does it again, again testing reveals no bad units - I clean connections @ relays - replace Pickup coil and IAC valve (it was sticking) works fine - then, not.
I bought the ASD/Fuel Pump Combo - But it didn't change the C/NS at that time -
Clean connections @ PCM - (full of dirt/webs?) - Starts/Runs fine - again.
Questions;
1. Is it fixed?
2. Do PCM fail?
3. Where to purchase?
4. I have an adapter that breeds the "94 plug to "96 OBDII box - works w/my friends Snap-On reader, but not my less expensive unit.
Is there a reader that will work w/the adapter?

I've replaced;
2010 - MAP Sensor, IAC, Throttle Position Sensor, Ign Switch
2015 Fuel Pump, Start Relay
2022 Intake Gaskets
2025 Pickup coil, Crank Sensor

I haven't done O2 Sensor - Temp Sensors

Cap & Rotor and plugs have gotten to be part of Annual Maintainence.

Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Heat the PCM up with a hair dryer, then see if it starts. We see this happen a lot in the cold weather due to the circuit boards contracting.

Cool. I'll try that.
I cleaned all the connections at the relays.
Then took the PCM connector off, and that was full of KS dust and what looked like web.
Checked fuel press., and vacume, just for S&G. 40psi &15inHG.
Replaced PCV while I was looking at it.
Been letting it sit, then trying cold starts.
Lights up - idles/runs out fine.
-20 C one AM.

I wish I could find a reader that works w/my adapter.

Thanks!

Quick update. Cleaned all my connections, it starts/runs great.
Went to an event, couple weeks ago, ran out well - 80-90 - w/ease.
Started/idled clean.
Then, on the way back, it gets a miss - then runs like all 8 plugs are fouled. No advance?
Get a CE light, about 40 mi., from home. Which goes away, the first off/on of the switch.
Couldn't retrieve a code.
Went to O'Rielly's - their box couldn't do pre-96 apparently.
Must have cleared them out.
No light codes when I got home.

I did take the cover off the PCM, the insulation inside was cracking, as well as being full of KS topsoil and a couple mud dawber nests.
Found a place that does PCM reconditioning, so I sent my box off to them.
We'll see.
Thanks

Got my box back, quick turn around, which was good.
I was a bit disappointed that there was no paper describing what was done.
Even if was just test and system restore - it would be nice to know.
But, it doesn't appear much has changed inside.
Didn't open the thing up, didn't want to disturb my two little pieces of "warranty void" tape.

Gave the connections another clean, put it back on, started right up, settled in at a smooth idle.
Runs out fine.
The intake air temp sensor tested in mid spec cold.
Had it all buttoned up so I didn't test the O2 sensor.
Trip this weekend, we'll see.

Thanks
