I own a southern Van (I live in Michigan) from Atlanta perfect body of course! Although the engine is a bit anemic 5.2 fuel injected, I would like to install shorty headers. Is this possible? I see a ton of them for the Dakota's with a 5.2, I need to know if they work, (performance gain)and if they will fit?</P>

yes they will give you performance...though fit is a question....there are two ways they couldnt fit.

Now...what year is this Van??

If its a newer block then yes the headers for the rams and Daks will fit yours....the question then is will they have enough clearance under the hood. Only way to find that our is to order them and try it out....and realy hope they take returns LOL (just say your WIFE got them for you for xmas LOL)

if its an older block you may have to find a set that specifies them for the 318 motor. But a sales rep should be ableto give you a deffinate answer!


Other than that...what part of michigan are you from??
