1980 Adventurer/Grand Slam Camper
Good Day to all!
I thought I would make my first post here a fun one. My Wife son and I just bought this:

It's a 1980 with 30k miles. My son loves the flames .... Ok ... ok .... I love the flames. Mechanically, all is well. I need to refurbish the interior though. It's my winter project. If anyone is interested I'll take some inside shots before during and after.

Thanks and welcome. I would be interested. I have a B2500 passenger van and have been contemplating my own version of "extreme makeover" (not _too_ extreme, though
). I would like to follow the project to get some ideas.
Your van looks great for its age. Does your definition of "interior" include the engine compartment?
Cheers,
Lee

By interior I mean the "living" area. I need to remove most of the ceiling panels and some of the walls. I am also replacing all of the appliances and power inverter. I've found that purchasing old RV is a lot like purchasing an old house; you have to renovate it. Luckily I have lots of experience renovating my old house.

The previous owner was a mechanic who has the 360 running like new. He added a nice Edelbrock 4 barrel which gives me a bit more power. I plan on going with a full dual exhaust in the spring (there is no cat). That'll be the extent of my "engine mods".

Now that is a rare find! Not only should you pick our brains here for the vehicle, but pick the brains of people at RV.NET in the Class-C forums.
So, what RV manufacture did this conversion?
I tow my 1982 Coahcmen Cadet as shown in the signature.
