I've got a 1996 dodge b2500 van with 318 v8 and I am going to install a new engine soon. has anyone done this yet that could give me some pointers? like do you have to pull the motor out through the inside or do you remove the front end.

I *wish* my 96 2500 had a 318 - mine's a 6.

I looked into a few places to get it 'professionally' done and went out and ordered a Magnum RT instead.

big bucks to get a hemi inside a Ram Van 2500.

you'll have to pull the motor out the front, which means a lot of stuff has to come off first..
